Great Product
I bought this in combination with the Eze Lap 3 file set after watching the video produced by Ben's Backwoods to refurbish some Mora knives that were in rough shape. After the file work, this ceramic rod was just the trick to put the final touch on the blades. Definitely worth the weight. Its going straight in my woods kit.

Excelloent sharpener
This is a must to finish and re-touching up your edge. A few swipes and your blade is again razor sharp!

Surprisingly good
Have used ceramic rod sharpeners before and was never impressed, however, I bought a few of these because the price was so good I couldn't resist. These rods work much better then others I've tried. Perfect for the carbon steel Mora knives.

Arkansas Ceramic Rod
Now this is a handy little tool. It's about the same size as a fire steel. I am thinking of putting a lanyard or handle on it to make it handy to touch up a blade. I like it.

My favorite sharpener for the mora knives
I received my order from Ben's backwoods (I believe it to be my fourth) the same way as the others ON TIME IN PERFECT CONDITION !!!. I feel that if BEN handles his family life like he does his business he's a very blessed man! He is the caliber of man you want to have your back. PS. The Arkansas ceramic rods I ordered were for stocking up and friends.

Works Great
Simple and functional. The ceramic is unglazed so it has a fine grit to it. Perfect for touching up your edge and honing.

Great finishing stone at an even better price!
I ordered myself 5 of these ceramic rods! They work amazing! I use these rods as my final step before stropping my knives. I will use these on both my outdoor knives and even to touch up my kitchen cooking knives. At $1.98 each, I haven't been able to find a better deal anywhere on the internet. Help support Ben and pick yourself up some of these!

4 1/2" Ceramic Rod
I have probably ordered about ten of these so far, I try and keep one for every couple of knives. They are of great quality, and make short work of keeping an edge on a knife. I've learned though not to brag them up to much to my friends, seems they talk me out of them, hence the about ten "so far". But when you only pay a couple of bucks apiece, it's not so bad.

Great Finishing and Touch up sharpener
I use an EZ Lap diamond rod sharpener for my field sharpening and bought the ceramic rod to put a nice finished hone on my knives. Works great, highly recommended. Inexpensive as well.

Great product and a great price
I have all kinds of knife sharpening products. You name it, I have it. Expensive water stones, diamond, ceramic, strops, I got it. Frankly, I'm not great at putting and edge on a knife. But for some reason this little round ceramic rod works for me. I can put a razor edge on a scandi, convex, or flat edge with this product. It works great on a new knife that needs that little extra attention. Works great in the field. GET ONE! Or ten.
