Best couple of bucks spent
Both the 8.5 and 4.5-inch ceramic sticks are the best bucks I spend at Ben's. If you don't let your knife get dulled, a couple of licks on them while processed big game or other cutting uses keeps them in top shape. One is always in my kit and hunting bag. Thanks Ben for selling stuff that actually works and you use.

just got it today. have sharpened several knives with it. like the extra length. great for that final touch. will probably buy more.

Buy a few.
Just what I was looking for. Long enough and fine enough. As far as a handle I used 1'' Gorilla Tape, a few revolutions and it's a perfect handle. I drilled a 1/2'' hole into my strop board to protect it when I'm hiking. Works great.
