Fantasic
Finally a small, compact sharpener that works, more than twice. Keeps a razor edge on my woodcarving knives as well as my pocket knife. Added a lanyard to wear around my neck while carving and whittling so my sharpener is close at hand to quickly touch up knives while in use. I was skeptical about the size but at the prize I'd take a chance. I will now get the set of 3 to incorporate into a belt sheath for my bush knife.

Fantasic
use my sharpener primarily for Woodcarving blades and pocket folding knife. With the hole in the handgrip and light weight. I placed a lanyard to suspend it around my neck while carving which makes it incredibly easy to find even when just whittling or carving in the strangest places. Can produce a razor edge without difficulty. With the performance of this one sharpener, I'll be placing and order for the complete system to incorporate into a bushcraft knife sheath.

Light weight, compact size...and actually works.
This item has a plastic handle with a paper thin 3/4"x2" diamond plate glued to it. It is not exactly what you're thinking when you see the word "file", but it worked surprisingly well. The "super fine"(1200 grit)puts a great edge on a knife quickly. The weight is negligible, and you should get a season or two of light use out of it. Great for it's weight, size, price and functionality. I will buy more of them, for sure.

7 years of Satisfaction
I have been using these for over 7 years and they work fantastic on my knives and small hand axe while in the woods. They seem to get better with each use. Take up no appreciable space. I carry them I individual PVC sheaths made from flattened 1/2 inch pipe. they live in my pack. also keep a fie in my tackle bag for hook sharpening.
