This Eze Lap Doublesided Super Fine/Ceramic Sharpener, much like The Silky 2000 is the second one bought from Ben at bensbackwoods.com. Not because I lost it but because I am building a second get home bag for my truck and this little pocket sharpener works GREAT.
Ben's pricing and shipping can't be beat.

I carry this sharpener in my pocket every day. I get better results with it than I do with a Fallkniven DC4 or a DMT pocket sharpener.

Anyone who owns and USES a scandi grind knife should have this. With regular use of the ceramic side as a hone, your blade should rarely lose its edge to the point of needing the diamond side to actually sharpen. Lay it flat on the bevel and with a few swipes your back to razor sharp. Easy to stash away, and should last for years.

I give this a 4 star only because this could have been a little bigger. That might not be so bad if space is limited and you are in to ultralight. Nothing about me is ultralight even at birth I was 4 foot long and 108 pounds.
None of this is Ben's fault of course. Bensbackwoods is a top notch little stor with the big box store prices.

This sharpener is great! The small size makes it great to throw in my pack for field touch ups. The 1200 grit diamond keeps my knives sharp and the ceramic side is great for honing. This is a must for anyone!

My experience is somewhat limited as I just got this in the mail about a week ago. Since then I've taken it on a successful deer hunt and used it several time to tune up the edge on my Enzo. It's worked very well while taking up very little room in my pack. I can easily recommend this sharpener and will probably buy a few more for myself and gifts to others.

This diamond/ceramic sharpener does a fantastic job of sharpening my Scandanavian knives in the field. It is big enough to do the job but doesn't take up a bunch of room or weight in my survival pack. I really like the ultra fine and ceramic surfaces...this is all you should really need in the field to keep your knives razor sharp.

I have owned several different brands and types of sharpening stones/kits over the years, but this Eze Lap Double Sided Stone has them all beat hands down. And my old stones/kits gave them all away after my first experience with the Eze Lap and bought two more of these stones. Fast and easy sharpening even on stainless steel.
In addition to that Ben's has the best prices and customer service on the Internet. Excellent products at reasonable prices, great customer service you can't go wrong shopping for gear at Ben's Backwoods.

I finally feel competent about sharpening my pocket knives using this sharpener. The combination of grits is great for creating and maintaining a perfect secondary bevel.
The size is perfect too. It's wide enough to be useful, but narrow enough to let me move the blade to follow the grind. It's the right length to hold between thumb and index finger as well.
I bought two more after the first one, so that I'd never have to be without one.

This one gets it done! I like it enough that I had my Girl order one for herself, and I am ordering a third for myself, because I do not ever want to be outdoors without one of these sharpeners!
The small leather pouch it comes with fits it perfectly, but it is made from cheap leather. I found that some beeswax worked into the leather makes it much more durable.
