I made a knife for bushcraf and shtf and needed a good quality sheath, this sheath was perfect, wet formed and it is just like a glove so very satisfied.

The JRE sheath is made from sturdy leather with fine finished edges and seams. You are given a coice between using a removeable dangler loop or a regular belt loop. This is the finest quality sheath I have seen for a fixed blade knife.
Also top quality is the customer service. I had a question about Ben's knife and sheath offerings and received a prompt reply directly from him. Delivery is prompt.
I have ordered many products over the years from this company and have always been happy with both the quality of the product and the customer service.

JRE's work and design are always excellent. This sheath can be used with the dangler or the belt loop. The only thing needed is a good coating of SnowSeal to weather proof it While it fits several of Mora's larger models it works perfectly with the Mora Garberg. For the price I can't imagine anything better.

I would say this is the best sheath for a Mora. Its not going to break the bank. You get a nice, leather sheath with a firesteel loop for around 30 bucks. There are definitely nicer, better fitted leather sheaths out there but at a cost that to me does not work for a 20-40$ knife. I bought it for a Mora bushcraft black with a exotac fire rod and it is a great setup for under 100 bucks total. I put it under a pillow with some weights on it for a couple nights and the leather molded nicely to the knife.

This is a well made sheath that fits the Bushcraft Black perfectly. It was a very snug fit initially, but it's leather. After some use it's easier to draw and sheath the knife but it still has good retention. I'm very impressed, especially for around $35 with shipping. The construction and stitching is perfect, the fit for my knife is excellent and getting better as it breaks in, 3/8" fire steel fits perfect. I like getting the fire steel loop without having to spend $15 on an included ferro rod as most manufacturers do. I like to make my own anyway. I spent a long time looking at sheaths for the Mora BB and a fire steel. Shop around, but I was unable to find anything else in this price range that wasn't junk, and nothing of this quality that wasn't $60-$100.
It shipped very quickly too. Had it in Idaho 5 days after ordering, and I placed my order on a Sunday.

Great fit once it breaks in. I put a bit of leather conditioner on it and it fits like a glove and is easy to remove the knife.

I'd been wanting a better sheath for my Mora Bushcraft Black for a while (love the knife, hate the included sheath). Ran across these after receiving a discount code via email, and bought it on an impulse and glad I did. Leather quality and stitching are very good, and my knife fits with just the right amount of retention. Seems like it will hold up well over the long haul too.
Also, I had a shipping notice in my email less than two hours after placing the order. Very impressive!
