Veggies Beware

My neighbor told me I should buy a larger kitchen knife, so I did. The factory edge made beautiful cuts through tomatoes and onions! Of course the steak posed no problem. Next time I'm shopping I'll be sure to pick up some squash that will need batoning to cut up. (When I cut wood I used a nice hatchet, not a lovely knife.)

I'm very happy with the quality of this knife. I was concerned that the longer 7" blade would be to long and difficult to use but it handles well and thanks to it's straight long 7" spine it batons really well which is why I wanted it.

I only gave it 4 stars because the spine was not finished well but left rough. I had to break out the file and square off the spine for use on a fire steel.
