Quality all the way!
Arrived yesterday and was exactly what I hoped for. Scary sharp right out of the package. Can't wait to put a handle on it and make a sheath.

I bought a second one with guard for sale to wood carver.
I already reviewed this once for use on leather, this one is for wood. They are excellent knives if holding an edge is what you need. I would be careful about striking something hard, like a bone, very hard as it could chip the edge.

I bought to use on my leather
The knife really takes a high buff edge with 14,000 diamond compound on a leather strop and it holds it too. At Rc 63 I expect it will last a while. I've been using it for over two weeks since I got it and I haven't put a handle on it yet! I won't be putting a guard on it as I like to go low to make long straight cuts. I trimmed even suede hanging off the edge of the leather I glued it to and without any backing it cut it with no resistance like it was stiff. Great little knife and I stropped it again today for the second time in two weeks.
