I already owned a pair.

I already had a pair from army surplus. Exact same. When I saw these I had to buy another pair. I use them as inserts in deerskin mitts and ordinary leather work glove. Awesome. Toasty warm. Aside from using as inserts I would not be interested, but as inserts they transform the temperature rating of outer wear gloves or mitts.
