I misplaced my original companion in Feb., or so and hoped that getting a new one would result in me finding it quicker. Even though that hasn't happened, I keep the companion under the seat of my truck and when I get out to take to the woods or when I get home in the evening (which is in the woods), I grab the companion. it is good to have one handy again.

I keep ordering more and more of these knives. They can't be beat when it comes to quality and value. These knives would be a good deal at twice the price. Just try one and you'll be convinced. For the price, you may as well buy several. You'll wind up giving some away as gifts and creating more believers.

I can't believe they can sell this good of a knife for so little. The handle is really comfortable, and grips even wet hands. I love that the blade edge comes right up to the grip so can use a LOT of force in cuts with minimal fatigue. Used this for a weekend of heavy garden work and it is quickly becoming indispensible. Wish I'd bought 2...or more because my wife's getting jealous. Had to square off the spine to strike a ferro rod as it was unfinished...but it didn't expect finish with a $12 knife.

Great knife for the price and actually it’s a great knife in its own right. I had no illusions about trying to get a custom camp knife for $12.00. I know what Moras are like, all plastic except for the blade and the manufacturing costs are spent on it because it is a good blade. It is bigger than what I would have as a neck knife but it is light as a feather (almost) so it would feel good or even not there around one's neck. However, it locks pretty firmly into its plastic sheath and if you don’t hang on to the sheath as you deploy the knife it might come launching back at your face if it’s around your neck. This knife will no doubt do whatever is asked of it within reason and if you lose it you have not broken the bank replacing it.
