The all-in-one knife for outdoor buffs with a blade of Swedish cold-rolled special stainless steel. The patterned high-friction grip that makes the knife pleasant to hold and easy to handle. Plastic sheath with a belt clip.

This knife is amazing. I use it in the field as my main knife, and always keep it on my side. This thing will whittle, cut, skin, and do anything you could want with a knife. The blade is a little on the smaller side, so it very manageable. I strongly recommend as a purchase, and to add to your kit.

I've been waiting for mora to get around to building this knife, combining the perfect size (for me) and ergonomics of the clipper with a slightly longer tang. I tried the robust but the handle is too big for my taste. Went with the stainless blade because it's a bit thicker than the carbon. I like the sheath too; simple, functional. Have used the mora #1, 511, robust carbon, all around, and the companion is my favorite.

If you've got friends who don't have a quality knife, do yourself a favor and buy yourself a box of these bad boys and give them away as gifts. I've ordered a lot of these and like all Moras they come hair splitting sharp, and with the Scandi grind can be sharpened by just about anybody. The grip is a good size for most hand sizes, though with my larger hands I do prefer the grip on the Bushcraft series (with an extra notch for your index finger).
My only complaint is that they aren't full tang, but they are what they are and they get the job done. And of course Ben's Backwoods service is top notch.

Heard about these little beauties for some time and searched around...Ben's Backwood's had the best price of anyone out there.
Package came ahead of schedule and securely wrapped.
Ben's is now saved to my favorites folder...
