You just can't beat Nalgene products. The steel on this is plenty heavy so as not to warp. The best thing I like is that the rope that holds the lid to the body has keepers that slip so you can easily remove the lid to boil water with no trouble and then replace the rope around the neck, slip the keeper tight and Bobs your uncle. You get what you pay for. Works with all big brand water filters too. A MUST FOR CROSS COUNTRY BACKPACKING.
