Handy handless pan

Another excellent Paderno carbon steel product. I bought this one for bike camping trips. No handle makes it easier to stow in the saddle bags, but is a trade off when it comes to cooking over an open fire. I'm trying a couple of different "pot lifter" handle ideas to make it easier to use over a campfire. So far I've fried fish, chicken, eggs and baked cornbread and biscuits in this pan, and I'm happy with it. While these Paterno pans are pre-seasoned, they are easy to re-season, clean and maintain. Highly recommend this product and the whole line of Paterno pans.
