Old World Tradition, new world quality
One can easily think of the craftsmen of old, with the pride and patience it took to create an amazing tool. The Birchwood, the steel, the brass and spacers, all first rate! If you are wondering...it is a truly great all around option for Bushcraft, Hunting or camping. It is one of those special knife/sheath combinations, which you will certainly take pride in carrying, using, and sharing...As the William, who posted on the 8th of Feb 2019, I too have my eye on a couple other Polar knives...Worth it!

Real nice puukko Ben, I'm glad you added this line. Well made traditional Finnish puukko. 80CrV2 is nice tool steel, it takes a heat treat very well. I have other Finnish puukkos in this steel and have no doubts about it. The edges refine well and stand up to the hardwoods here in Arkansas. Now my eye is on the Lappi 175.
