These are carbon steel baking dishes that work perfectly with a pot gripper ( sold separately ) to make a truly lightweight skillet that can be seasoned and become non stick like cast iron.
This is a good large size skillet.
Also used for baking in a reflector oven.

Bigger may just be better!
I have the smaller version of this pan and I'm all set to use this one (I can toss in more bacon, biscuits and/or tomatoes!).

Great bushcraft pan
