I bought this pan for use in the house as well as camping. I haven't used it camping yet, but I absolutely LOVE this pan when using it in the house. The first thing I noticed is that the bottom (cooking surface) is MUCH larger than the bottom of our 12 inch non-stick frying pan. This is a great pan for making a Frittata. You can easily make one big enough to feed four people. I haven't had anything stick in it yet. When we got it, we washed it with soap and water, rinsed it really well, dried it, then wiped the inside with a paper towel and a tablespoon of vegetable oil, then put it in a warm oven for awhile. It seasoned easily. I only need to use a touch of oil when cooking to keep stuff from sticking. I prefer it to a cast iron frying pan because I have a bum left elbow that won't let me lift a similar size cast iron fry pan. I like this pan so much, I plan to get a smaller one for when we don't need to cook a ton of food.

Sized for the whole breakfast or 1# bacon fry.
Light enough to become the main skillet in our kitchen.
Great addition to cookware.
Spouse loves and will use daily.
(I will use on the campfire if I can get my turn.)
